Mother's Day Flowers Available for Pre-Order

Each arrangement will come with a thoughtful card from Unless U, with room for you to express your love and gratitude to your Mom in your own words. A Note From Mr. Ethan About Registration
We are finalizing registration for the summer and 2024–2025 school year. Mr. Ethan has assigned a form for you to complete to update your contact and other important information, as well as a copy of the updated handbook for the year. Please sign at the bottom of this PDF copy. You do not need to complete the sections about enrollment and payment, Mr. Ethan is sending out enrollment confirmations, and your payment plan will remain the same unless you elect a different option. Please message on Brightwheel or email ethan.smith@unlessu.org if you have any questions.

Belong at Shades Mountain Baptist
This month's Belong will take place on Thursday, April 25th from 6:30-8PM in the Shades Mountain Baptist CLC. The event is free and includes dinner, games, and a story from the Bible. You can RSVP to Amy Kirby at 205-613-7952.

HOT LUNCH PROGRAM
We are so glad everyone is enjoying the hot lunches provided to our students in partnership with Vestavia Hills Methodist Church. Below is the order form for May hot lunches. Orders are due no later than noon on Friday, April 19th.

The cost per meal is $4.00. Once you submit your order for the month, a charge for the number of meals you ordered will be added to your student's Brightwheel account. We will maintain a list of which students ordered on each day. We can only provide lunches if you sign up in advance. You will receive an email copy of your lunch order and we ask that you keep up with which days your student has ordered lunches and which days you choose to bring lunch from home.
Due to needing to order everything in advance, we are not able to give refunds if your student does not attend on a day you have ordered lunch.

Scoops is open! Mr. Ethan will communicate with those families who are involved in Scoops separately regarding schedules, questions, etc.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
DROP IN DAY REQUEST
We are very excited to offer drop-in services for the first time in Unless U history! We are hopeful that this will meet real and concrete needs (and even preferences!) of our families.
Please complete the forms below to let us know which days in the month (starting in the fall semester) you will need for drop-in. The drop-in rate is $60 a day. If you also need Early & After care, this will be an additional $10 for that day. This charge will be added to your Brightwheel account once your request has been approved.
Drop-in days will be approved based on availability and processed in the order they are received. We will process all submissions on the 25th of the month preceding the request. For example, if you requested a day in October we will not process that submission until the 25th of September. We cannot guarantee approval of any dates. The only way to guarantee specific dates is to be enrolled for those days for the semester. Please know that we will do our best to accommodate all drop-in day requests.
